  • The stage again at the end for prize draws, giveaways, closing remarks, or a group photo with the cast
  • A meet-the-cast reception where your guests talk to the performers instead of filing out to the parking lot

Who books these

A VIP night, not a donation.

Companies use it as an employee benefit, the kind of perk that beats another catered lunch. Others use it to thank clients, close a sales year, welcome a new team, or hand out awards somewhere better than a conference room. Realtors, banks, clinics, and dealerships book it for referral lists. Whatever the reason, your guests get an evening out that feels like a gift rather than an obligation.

How it works
  1. Tell us roughly when you want it and how many guests you're expecting.
  2. We check which performances of the current production are still open and hold a date.
  3. You decide what happens on stage before and after, and whether you want catering.
  4. Send your guest list, or take a private booking link and let people claim their own seats.
Questions

Before you book.

Is this a sponsorship?

No. A sponsorship buys advertising and recognition. This is a private event you're buying outright, closer to booking a venue for the night than to putting your logo on a poster. It is not a donation and it is not tax deductible.

Which shows can we book?

Any production East Idaho Events stages. Availability depends on the run, so the earlier you ask the more nights there are to choose from.

How many people fit?

It depends on the venue for that production. Tell us your headcount and we'll tell you honestly whether it works before you plan around it.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Usually yes, subject to what the venue allows. If it's easier, we can arrange it instead.

What if we need to move the date?

Talk to us early. Once a night is committed we've turned away public ticket sales for it, so late changes are harder than early ones.

Dates go early
