Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

A business that wants to own the season. This works best if you serve customers across the whole valley and you want your name attached to something people talk about for months, not a one-week flight of ads.

How it works
  1. Tell us you want it. There is exactly one Presenting slot and it is first come, first served.
  2. We send an invoice and a one-page agreement. No long contract.
  3. Send us your logo and we handle the rest: creative, placement, and the video shoot.
  4. You get a report after the run showing clicks, impressions, and attendance.
Questions

Before you commit.

When is the deadline?

The show shirt and the printed materials go to production in late August, so the earlier you commit the more of the campaign you appear in. After the print deadline we can still add you to digital placements, but not the shirt.

Is this tax deductible?

No. This is advertising, not a donation. You are buying placement from East Idaho Media Company LLC, a for-profit business, and you should treat it as a marketing expense. Talk to your accountant about how to categorize it.

What if the show sells out early?

Good news for both of us. Your placement runs across the newsletter and social regardless of ticket sales, so your reach does not depend on seats.

Sponsorships are advertising purchased from East Idaho Media Company LLC, a for-profit business. They are not donations and they are not tax deductible. Rexburg Community Theatre is our nonprofit production partner and keeps the ticket revenue from the show.
