Who this is for

Is this the right fit?

Companies that do a client appreciation night or a staff holiday event every year and are tired of doing the same dinner. Also realtors, banks, and clinics with a referral list worth thanking properly.

How it works
  1. Tell us which night you want. Availability is genuinely limited across the 10 performances.
  2. We confirm the date and send terms.
  3. You send your guest list or we give you a private booking link.
  4. You show up. We handle the rest.
Questions

Before you commit.

Can we add food or drinks?

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you what the venue can support.

How far ahead do we need to book?

As early as possible. There are only ten nights and once one is committed it is gone.

Is this tax deductible?

No. It is a purchased event, not a donation. Depending on how you use it, it may be a marketing or client entertainment expense, so ask your accountant.

Sponsorships are advertising purchased from East Idaho Media Company LLC, a for-profit business. They are not donations and they are not tax deductible. Rexburg Community Theatre is our nonprofit production partner and keeps the ticket revenue from the show.
